Once the doors to the show floor open, we'll be unboxing treasures from crates just like this one, live in front of hundreds of guests. But before we can take a peek inside, let's see how we got here. This is the making of Walt Disney Archives Uncrated. After months of meticulous planning and preparation, we end up here, deep in the Walt Disney Archives warehouse, not only curating the perfect selection of artifacts, but then conditioning, packing, and crating them safely for the trip down to the Anaheim Convention Center. And this year, it's more than ever, with more than 200 artifacts on display, the largest showcase the Walt Disney Archives has ever put on at D23, the ultimate Disney fan event. Once we arrive, the hard work continues as we build the structure, load in the crates, and put everything in its place so it looks just right. Welcome to Walt Disney Archives Uncreated. The question we get asked most at the Archives is What is it like in your warehouses? Well, here at D23, the ultimate Disney fan event, we bring the warehouse to you. We have six distinct areas sitcom, fashion, Disney Channel, Muppets, sci fi and magical relics. From the initial idea to opening day, it took ten months to bring this idea to life. Guests will get an up close look at some pieces the archives has never shown before. This includes props, costumes, pieces from our theme parks and even some Muppets. But that's not all! In our sitcom area, we feature shows such as Fresh Off the Boat, Ugly Betty, New Girl, and as you can see here, Dinosaurs and even How I Met Your Mother. 2026 marks the 20th anniversary for Hannah Montana and High School Musical, so to celebrate, we have a special area. You'll see the piano that was from the original Hannah Montana series, but believe it or not, it's actually one of the newest acquisitions of the Walt Disney Archives. Here in Sci-Fi, we have pieces from each of the Tron films. We also have every jetpack in the Archives collection. For safekeeping, the Walt Disney Archives keeps all of our magical objects together in our magical relics section. Here you'll find for the first time ever, every magic wand in our collection. As a huge Muppet fan, I'm thrilled that we get to showcase them here in this area. We have some pieces from Muppets Treasure Island, like the Statler and Waldorf mastheads, as the film celebrates its 30th anniversary. We even have pieces dating back to the original Muppet show, like Miss Piggy's Pigs in Space costume, and also even some pieces from Muppets Vision 3D. Here in the fashion area, we celebrate some of the most stylish characters. There's of course Cruella de Vil. We have her costumes from 101 Dalmatians all the way through the newest film Cruella. On the opposite side we have Runway Magazine celebrating things from the Devil Wears Prada and the Devil wears Prada 2. We call it uncrated for a reason. Here on this stage every day we're unboxing and uncrating new objects live. No two presentations are the same so there's no better place to be all weekend long. We spent countless hours getting everything ready with no detail too small But the exhibit is not complete without one final thing, the fans. I am so excited. There are no words that I can describe how excited I am to see it in person. I'm so happy. It's absolutely amazing to physically be able to be here and see them is absolutely fantastic. Oh, it's so exciting. I grew up with the show, so these were some of my most favorite outfits I've seen. It makes me happy that, you know, Disney's still taking care of everything and that the fans get to be able to see it and experience everything. It's great to see that these artifacts get kept in such great condition that they're able to be shared with the public again. It's just about time. Let's see what's in the crate. This one's a little big, so bear with us. Collect, preserve, and share. That's our mission here at the Walt Disney Archives. And at D23, the Ultimate Disney Fan Event, we did just that, one crate at a time. Thank you.
