On February 23, 2026, Tennant released its full year 2025 financial results, reporting EPS of $0.48, missing consensus estimates by $1.22, and revenue of $291.6 million, missing consensus estimates by $28.85 million. The Company disclosed that its new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system had "introduced unexpected challenges that constrained operating capacity" including "order‑management and fulfillment disruptions," "manufacturing scheduling issues" and "prolonged customer delays."

On this news, Tennant's stock price fell $19.28, or 23.4%, to close at $63.02 per share on February 24, 2026, thereby injuring investors.
